Groupe Chèque Déjeuner and XIRING complete the acquisition by XIRING of Telfix, a Groupe Chèque Déjeuner subsidiary
Paris and Suresnes: Groupe Chèque Déjeuner, the third worldwide leading issuer of socially and culturally oriented services, and XIRING, a security solutions provider for electronic transactions, today announced that they have completed their exclusive negotiations and signed a binding contract related to the acquisition by XIRING of Telfix, a Groupe Chèque Déjeuner subsidiary.

XIRING to represent France at the European Business awards, Europe’s most competitive business awards competition
Suresnes: The European Business Awards sponsored by HSBC today announced that XIRING, a security solutions provider for electronic transactions, is selected in the prestigious 2010 Awards programme, as one of 25 Country Representatives for France and will now compete for a coveted Ruban d’Honneur in the next round of the competition. Final category Award winners will be unveiled in Paris on 16th November 2010.

Q4-2009 turnover stable at €9.3m - Revised annual objective reached at €25.5m - New initiatives underway for Healthcare and for e-ID
Suresnes (France): XIRING, a security solutions provider for electronic transactions, today announced a turnover for the fourth quarter of 2009 of 9.3 million euros that is stable compared with the fourth quarter of 2008. XIRING also reached its revised target annual turnover of 25.5 million euros, ending the 2009 financial year down 10.4% from the 2008 financial year.
