Georges LIBERMAN - Founder - Chairman & CEO

A graduate of Dauphine Paris IX university, Georges Liberman began his career in the American group BURROUGHS (UNISYS) in sales and marketing positions. He then joined the BULL Group responsible for Marketing and Strategy before heading up several Business Units generating up to 50M€ turnover. Liberman went on to become Marketing Director of the “Smart Card and Terminals” division of BULL generating a turnover of €230M a year. In 1998, he founded XIRING, the security solution provider for remote transactions, which has been listed on Alternext Euronext Paris since September 18, 2006.

Dominique LAUBIER -CFO

A graduate of "Ecole Supérieure de Gestion" in Paris and of a DECF, Dominique Laubier joined XIRING in August 1999. He specialises in the management of technology companies in network, telecommunications and international environments. Previous employers include Racal, Cabletron and Motorola in financial functions.

Laurent MAITRE - Marketing and International Development Director

A graduate engineer of the University of Technology of Compiegne France, Laurent Maitre began his career in 1997 as a smart cards Product Manager at Bull CP8. At the beginning of 2000, he took responsibility for a task force aimed at internationally developing  market products and services resulting from technological innovations. Maitre joined XIRING in September 2004 as head of Marketing with particular focus on the management of the product ranges. In 2006, he was appointed the Director of Marketing & Communication at XIRING and joined the Directors Committee. Since the beginning of 2011, he is also in charge of International Development.

Franck FAVIER - France Sales Director

Franck Favier holds a University Diploma in physical measurements specialising in material and physicochemical controls. Favier held a number of positions in sales before joining in 1997, the French subsidiary of I&J US Fisnar, a company specialising in industrial capital equipment. For four years, his mission was to develop the East regions of France. In 2001, Favier joined XIRING as a sales engineer and in 2002 he started the Healthcare activity for XIRING with the "baladeur Santé" implementation. Favier built, with his team, the complete range of SESAM-Vital terminals to become, after five years, the leader in France for this market with 55% of the market share. In 2006, Favier was appointed director of the Healthcare, e-ID and Transport activity of XIRING. At  the beginning of 2011, he has been appointed France sales Director and invited to join the Directors Committee.
